The Creative Disruptors Learning Collaborative is a groundbreaking initiative designed to support arts and culture leaders of color. Founder Quanice Floyd sought to create an "anti-school" that fosters growth and collaboration among Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in the arts sector. Initially, the program relied on Google Classroom, but difficulties with accessibility and functionality prompted a search for a more suitable learning management system. After evaluating competitors such as Thinkific and LearnWorlds, EducateMe LMS emerged as the best choice for its affordability, intuitive interface, and ease of use.
