A rundown of the latest EducateMe feature releases, product enhancements, design updates, and important bug fixes.
Chats with the AI Agent are now saved. Open the chat name at the top of the agent to see your history for the course. You can review it, continue an old chat, rename it, or delete it.
History is saved per user and per course. You can start a new chat at any time.
It is useful when a course takes more than one session. Open yesterday's chat and continue where you stopped. You can also go back to an earlier chat to reuse a prompt that worked well.
Admins can now set the maximum duration of an AI Roleplay call, from 3 to 30 minutes. Learners see a countdown timer during the call, so they always know how much time is left.
The setting applies to Call Roleplays only. Open your Call Roleplay, edit it, and change Maximum duration. The call ends automatically when the timer runs out.
Your AI Agent can now use files from Google Drive. Connect your Google Drive, pick the files you want, and AI will use them to create courses. Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PDF, DOCX, TXT, and MD files are supported.
You can select several files at once. Uploading files directly still works.
AI Roleplay voices are greatly improved. They now carry much more emotion, so calls feel more like real conversations, and the AI replies faster.
The improvement applies to new Call roleplays. Roleplays you already have keep working as they are. To get the new voices, create a new Call roleplay or duplicate an existing one.
You can now choose which reports show on your main Dashboard. Add Completion Rate and Activity next to your existing reports. Your old reports, like "Never started," are still available.
The Course performance report now scrolls too, so it fits more courses without crowding the page.
Upload a SCORM file to the AI Agent, and it converts it into a fully editable EducateMe course. SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 files are supported.
You can create a new course from a SCORM file or add it to an existing course as new modules. The SCORM activity is still there if you want to run the file as it is.
Before, a folder's access always followed its parent folder. Now you can override it for any folder: set it to Hidden, All learners, or specific Tags, no matter what the parent folder uses. This makes it easy to keep sensitive material visible only to the right people, without restructuring your whole Knowledge Hub.
Also new: reordering folders and articles, and moving them between folders, is now a simple drag-and-drop.
Your AI Agent can now read pages straight from your Notion workspace. You can connect any pages from Notion, and AI will use them to create courses.
A couple of other updates for AI Assistant: you can now switch between models. ChatGPT and Claude models are both available. Turning on Thinking Mode lets AI take more time to resolve complex tasks. AI image generation is better too: it matches your brand colors and can modify existing course images.
Ask AI now answers right away. When a learner searches, it checks whether it can answer their question and, if so, shows the answer immediately. No extra click needed.
The answer itself is also easier to read: the text uses paragraphs and bullet points instead of a single block.
Write a task and the grading criteria once. After that, every attempt gets an instant score (0–100) and specific feedback, so learners know exactly what to fix and can try again right away. No grading queue, no waiting on a human reviewer.
AI Practice works well for practical tasks like writing a customer email, giving a sales pitch, writing a product description, and many more.
